Booking Conditions:RESERVATIONSThe person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age. The accommodation may be used only by the person listed on the reservation form. More persons may be added with our agreement provided the capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be notified to us in writing. In the event of cancellation, reservation fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless the room is re-let. If the room is re-let any money received may be refunded less an administration fee. Please note that no allowance is made for temporary absence or for earlier departure than booked. RESERVATION FEE A reservation fee of the first night's stay is payable at the time of booking. MEALS MISSED Please note that no allowance is made for meals reserved but not taken. ARRIVAL Accommodation is normally available from 2.00pm and it helps us if you can indicate your expected time of arrival. DEPARTURE Please vacate your room by 1O.OOam and hand your keys in to reception. PAYMENT Cheques are accepted for reservations that have been confirmed in writing. In other cases cheques are accepted only if supported by a bankers card up to the amount guaranteed. Please note that your balance is payable on arrival. Access and Visa are accepted. TOWELS Towels are provided in all rooms but please bring your own towels for beach and swimming pool use. We wish to remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of cancellation, both parties should try to relet the accommodation, but should neither party succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally Iiable to pay up to the full amount of the reservation. We strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance cover. |
Breakfast and BarBreakfastServed in our spacious and bright dining room - offering a wide selectiuon of cereals, yogurts, fruits and juices. Followed by a full English Breakfast or, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs etc, Toast, marmalded and jams, Tea and Coffee. Vegetarian options available.
Bar and LoungeThe Bar is open every evening from 6.00pm for beers, ciders, wines and soft drinks etc. Tea or coffee is also availble in the Lounge
